Delivery terms and conditions

Placing your order online in no way makes you liable for payment.

1. Once your order has been received we will calculate the delivery charge to the shipping address supplied.
2. We will reply with a quote / pro forma invoice and our banking details.
3. Delivery will be made once your payment is reflecting in our account.
4. Delivery is made within a 35km radius of Containa Pack.
5. We cannot deliver orders of less than R500.00 excluding the delivery charge.
6. We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain areas within the Johannesburg CBD and outlaying areas.
7. Our delivery person is not permitted under any circumstance to enter your home, or any non common/public area of your building.
8. You will or your representative will be asked meet our delivery person in your lobby/ reception area or at the  front door of your home.If you are above ground floor level you will be requested to recieve the goods on the ground floor.
9. All prices are subject to change without notice.
10. All prices are ex warehouse. Delivery charges will be quoted separately and are not included in the per item price.
